- You must not:
- use eProcure for the benefit of another person, or allow another person to use eProcure, without our prior written consent;
- use eProcure in a manner that was not intended by us (as communicated to you or ascertainable from our published marketing material or website), including using web crawlers for any purpose;
- use eProcure (or the information obtained from them) for spamming, bulk emailing or bulk mailing or for sending any other form of unwanted communication; or
- use eProcure in any way which we, acting reasonably, consider is or may be fraudulent.
- use, attempt to use or allow any third party on their behalf to use our services for any of the following purposes:
- Downloading documents for any purpose other than reviewing an e- notice with the intention of directly responding to the e- notice.
- Downloading documents for the purpose of aggregating e-notice content onto another media platform for the purpose of commercial gain
- Downloading documents for the purpose of developing market research for commercial benefit.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent a User’s or anyone else’s affiliation with a User or anyone else.
- Upload, post, e-mail or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, or promotional material.
- Take any action which may disrupt access to, cause damage to, or interfere with the proper operation of eProcure website, including any action that may result in the introduction of any viruses, Trojan-horse type programs, malware or any other material which is malicious or harmful.
- Compromise the security and integrity of the platform and network.
- illegal, fraudulent, improper, or inappropriate use. This includes, but is not limited to, using any automated means to our Services to violate any laws, rules, regulations or any third party’s intellectual property or personal rights.
- Use a robot, spider, scraper, or other unauthorised automated means to access information featured on them, or harvest information from them, for any purpose.
- Use our website in a way that will result in complaints, disputes, or claims, whether or not resulting in any financial cost or liability.
- Use an anonymous proxy or other technique to prevent eProcure from identifying a User’s location or IP address.
- Directly or indirectly use any content on eProcure for the purpose of building, improving or providing any product or service that competes with our services
- Authorise, aid or incite any other person to do or attempt to do any of the acts above. Users agree that if they use eProcure Services for any of the above purposes in this clause, such use will be a breach of this Policy and considered abnormal, unreasonable and/or impermissible usage.

- using or trying to use eProcure to gain improper access to another person's private or personal information;
- using or trying to use eProcure to distribute or make available indecent, obscene, offensive, pornographic or illegal material;
- using or trying to use eProcure to defame, harass or abuse anyone or violate their privacy;
- contravening any applicable laws when you use eProcure;
- infringing any person's intellectual property rights when using eProcure;
- using or trying to use eProcure to obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorised access to any computer, system or network;
- using eProcure in a manner designed to compromise the security or interfere with the operation of eProcure or any other computer, system or network; or
- attempting to derive the source code of any of our products.
- In addition, the following general prohibitions apply to your use of eProcure:

- Where you are in breach of this Fair Usage Policy, we may contact you to require you to modify your use of eProcure so that it conforms with this Fair Usage Policy, or exercise any of our other rights in relation to eProcure include any suspension or termination rights.
